Buses started running from Bulleen Park & Ride in April 2023 – the first part of building the Eastern Busway.
Bulleen Park & Ride makes it easier to catch faster, more frequent buses to and from the city. The premium station includes:
- a 5000m² green roof community park
- parking for up to 370 cars
- quick drop-off and pick-up bays
- walking and cycling paths that connect to Koonung Creek Trail and Thompsons Road
- bike storage cage and hoops
- ramps, toilets and myki services.
Bus routes
There are timetable changes to bus routes 200, 305, 309 and 905 for buses using the park and ride.
Bus routes 305, 309 and 905 will service Bulleen Park & Ride, while bus route 200 will have a stop change on Thompsons Road so passengers can be dropped off and picked up closer to the park and ride.
