Terms & Conditions
- These terms and conditions are for all entrants who enter the NOLA Shop and Win (‘Promotion’). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The ‘Promoter’ is:
Metro Tunnel Project Office (MTPO), ABN 699 8120 8782, whose principal office is at 626 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
&
Cross Yarra Partnership (CYP), ABN 93 467 564 178, whose principal office is at 626 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to Victorian residents
- aged 18 years or more; or
- (if under the age of 18), under supervision of a parent or legal guardian during participation in the Promotion (‘Eligible Individuals’).
- The following are ineligible to enter
- an employee, contracted staff or service providers of the Promoter
- the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling of an ineligible employee, contracted staff or service provider.
Promotion Period
- This Promotion commences at 10:30am AEDT on Monday 2 June 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 28 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
How to enter
- To enter this Promotion, Eligible Individuals must, during the Promotion Period,
- purchase goods or services with the minimum value of $10 at a Participating Business; and
- provide proof of purchase via NOLA Shop and Win QR code online entry form along with name and contact number and email address.
- This qualifies their entry to win a monthly prize draw, as well as eligibility to enter the major prize draw (provided they comply with for the monthly prize draw).
Conditions of entry
- It is a condition of entering the Promotion that entrants agree
- to the collection of their personal information and the holding of that information in the Promoter’s database for the purpose and term of this Promotion; and
- to publication of their name as set out in clauses 17 and 25 of these Terms and Conditions.
- Monthly Prize winners also qualify for the Major Prize Draw.
- 10.Entrants cannot use the same receipt more than once to enter the draw.
- 11.There is no limit to the number of entries that can be made provided the receipt of purchase is different for each entry.
Draw details
- Monthly Prize Draw will be conducted by a CYP representative at 10:00am AEDT or AEST the first Monday of every month from June to November at 626 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
- The Major Prize Draw will be conducted by an CYP representative at 10:00am AEDT on Monday 01 December 2025, 628 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
- The Major Prize Winner will be selected randomly from the entire database/competition at the time of the draw.
- The decision of the RPV representative shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner notification
- Prize winners will be notified by phone or email and emailed their prize Any winner of a prize may, at the discretion of the Promoter, have their name published at the Victoria's Big Build website.
- Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of the draw.
Prizes
- Six (6) Monthly Prizes with a total value of $250 (4 x $50 ) each month.
- 20.Major Prize with a total value of $1,000.
- 21.Total prize pool value $2,500.
Unclaimed prize draw
22.If a prize is not claimed within 14 days of the draw it will be donated to a local charity of the Project’s choosing.
General
- Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers as set out on the prize voucher.
- Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name in the event they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to
- verify the validity of entries (including contacting Participating Businesses) and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence); and
- disqualify any entrant who
- submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or
- tampers with the entry process.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for late, misplaced, lost or ineligible entries. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury sustained in connection with the entry into the competition, or acceptance or use of the prizes. This paragraph is not intended to exclude any liability which cannot be excluded under Australian consumer protection laws. Any such liability is limited to the resupply of the prizes (as applicable).
- Any additional expenses incurred by prize winners other than those outlined in these Terms and Conditions, are the responsibility of the prize winners.
Force Majeure
- If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and to cancel or amend the competition at any time without notice.
Privacy
- In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter will collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter and remain the property of the Promoter until 31 December 2025 after which time such personal information will be removed from the Promoter’s database.
Upon an entrant’s request, all personal information provided by the entrant will be removed from the Promoter’s active database prior to that date.
