Planning Scheme Amendment GC174 – Shepparton Line Upgrade train stabling facility

Amendment GC174 to the Greater Shepparton planning scheme was approved by the Minister for Planning on Sunday 20 December 2020.

The planning scheme amendment will allow the use and development of land in the Greater Shepparton local government area to enable the delivery of a train stabling facility as part of Stage 2 of the Shepparton Line Upgrade.

Planning Scheme Amendment GC174 was available for public comment from Wednesday 16 September to Thursday 15 October 2020.

Planning Scheme Amendment GC135 – Shepparton Line Upgrade

Amendment GC135 to the Greater Shepparton, Strathbogie, Mitchell, Hume and Whittlesea planning schemes was approved by the Minister for Planning on Monday 18 May 2020.

The planning scheme amendment will allow the use and development of land in these local government areas to enable the delivery of project works as part of Stage 2 of the Shepparton Line Upgrade.
