We're removing 6 level crossings on the Sunbury Line, with 3 are already gone, one going soon and another 2 to go, including:

Removing these crossings will improve safety, reduce congestion and allow more trains, more often.

The level crossing at Calder Park Drive in Calder Park will be removed by building a new road bridge over the rail line.

This preferred design means we can get rid of the crossing sooner and will be less disruptive for road and rail users during construction.

Removing this crossing will improve safety, reduce congestion, and allow more trains to run, more often.

The removal of this site will change how locals live, work and travel, and journeys on the Sunbury Line will be faster and local roads safer.

Early site investigations have started and construction will be completed by 2025.
