Hobsons Bay Trailblazers	Stronger Together An exercise program for older residents of Hobsons Bay and Maribyrnong held at the Seniors Exercise Park in Spotswood. The project aims to improve mobility, independence and social connection, offering two terms of 10 classes and fitness assessments before and after.	$9,977.00
Altona Miniature Railway Inc	The Little Engine That Could A new miniature locomotive to improve capacity and provide additional train rides to the community every year. This locomotive features common controls for ease of use and maintenance comparable to the rest of the existing locomotives.	$10,000.00
West Welcome Wagon	CommUnity Table West Welcome Wagon's (WWW) CommUnity Table event features a cultural food-sharing experience that helps participants engage with these services and aims to welcome newcomers warmly and support their integration into the community.	$9,487.00
