The Eastern Freeway Upgrades will be timed to open in 2028 around the same time as the North East Link tunnels from Bulleen to Watsonia and the M80 Ring Road Completion from Watsonia to Greensborough.
The Eastern Freeway Upgrades will be delivered in 3 stages, along with the Eastern Busway.
