If you have a great idea, but your organisation doesn’t have the legal structure in place to enter a funding agreement directly, you can make an arrangement with another organisation to receive and manage the grant on your behalf. This arrangement is an “auspice arrangement”. It is not required if you already have the structure in place to receive grants.
