The SRL Community Projects Fund has been established to support initiatives both big and small that build on current community needs while ensuring SRL Precincts are ready for the changes over time that will accompany the new rail line.
Several funding rounds will be offered each year during construction of SRL East. The first CPF funding round is for Community Support Grants. These grants are awarded for grassroots community projects, such as resources for local organisations and the improvement of existing facilities.
