The minimum timeframes are set out in the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 and depend on the type of property as well as the timeframes for staging of Suburban Rail Loop construction. You are encouraged to discuss your individual circumstances with the Suburban Rail Loop project team, and we will seek to work with you on a mutually convenient timeframe.
