From 2019 to 2024, a range of award-winning Metro Tunnel Creative Program artworks were on display around the Anzac Station site during construction of the project. Artwork by Carlos Almenar Diaz can still be seen on the new tram stop, however, all other artwork has now been removed.
Once the Metro Tunnel opens, Anzac Station will feature a permanent artwork by Raafat Ishak as part of the Metro Tunnel Legacy Artwork Program.
